WHITING, Ind. - The Tigers, coached by Todd Reid, begin postseason play tomorrow with a first round game in the CCAC Tournament. The tournament is played over a span of four days, April 30 through May 3, between six teams at Oil City Stadium. This is ONU’s second consecutive trip to the tournament as the south division champions.

The Tigers will take their 32-17 record into the tournament. The Tigers have also won 11 of their last 12 games and look to play well after a series win this past weekend over Trinity Christian College (Ill.).

The second-seeded Tigers will play their first round game against the fifth-seeded University of St. Francis (Ill.) at 2 p.m. on Tuesday.

The Tigers play a second round game on Wednesday either 10 a.m. or 6 p.m. depending on Tuesday’s result. Their opponent will depend on result as well.

The tournament continues through Friday with the tournament champion advancing to the NAIA National Tournament Opening Round the following week.  Judson University (Ill.) already punched its ticket to the Opening Round by winning the regular-season crown for the second year in a row.

Should Judson also win the tournament, the tournament runner-up will gain the conference's second automatic bid to the Opening Round.

The game-by-game tournament schedule is as follows:

Game #1: No. 6 seed Trinity Christian (22-20) vs. No. 1 seed Judson (40-15) --- 10 a.m.

Game #2: No. 5 seed St. Francis (29-22) vs. No. 2 seed Olivet Nazarene (32-17) --- 2 p.m.

Game #3: No. 4 seed Purdue North Central (25-15) vs. No. 3 seed Robert Morris --- 6 p.m.
