Olivet Nazarene University senior kicker Andrew Muzljakovich (Vicksburg, Mich.)
earned Mid-States Football Association Midwest League Special Teams Player of
the Week honors for the third time in 2013. He was a four-time recipient in
2012 and is an eight-time honoree in his career. His eight selections give him
more than any other MSFA Midwest player since the 2011 season.
In the Tiger’s 38-13 defeat to No. 9-ranked St. Ambrose
University (Iowa) on Oct. 19, Muzljakovich made 44 and 45-yard field goals in the first
quarter to keep the Tigers’ within one point and made a lone PAT attempt. He missed a 39-yard field goal in
the second quarter. He also averaged 60.8
yards on five kickoffs, including three touchbacks and 38.6 yards on seven
punts, including a 53-yarder, placing three inside the 20.

on PATs this season, good for 32 total points, which leads the Tigers in
scoring. Six of his seven field goals this season are from 40-plus yards.
He leads the league in yards per punt (38.2) and yards per

career, scoring 172 total points. He has made 67 PATS
and 35 field goals (61.4%), a long of 49 yards this season. His 172 yards are
only 22 shy of placing his on the Tigers’ all-time scoring list. He also has 108 punt attempts, good for 4,267
yards (39.5 avg) and only 60 yards shy of fifth on the Tigers’ all-time punting
