PLAINFIELD, Ill. — For the third time this spring, Head Coach Damon Jensen and the Olivet Nazarene University men’s golf team took the course. On Tuesday, they competed in the annual University of St. Francis (lll.) Spring Invite held at Wedgewood Golf Course, Joliet, Ill.

The Tigers finished with an 18-hole score of 308 (+24) on the 6196-yard, par-71 course. The Tigers' fifth place finish was out of 12 teams, competing against a total of 71 golfers.

The host team, University of St. Francis (Ill.), finished first with a score of 281 (-3). St. Xavier University (Ill.) took second with a score of 284 (E). College of DuPage finished third with a score of 299 (+15). Dominican University (Ill.) took fourth with a score of 301 (+17).

Freshman Ryan Muzljakovich (Vicksburg, Mich.) led the way for the Tigers and finished tied for 12th with 73 (38-35, +2). Sophomore Michael Bork (Rapid City, Mich.) shot a 74 (36-38+3) and finished tied for 14th. Senior Aaron Miles (Holt, Mich.) finished tied for 37th with an 80 (40-40, +9). Freshman Robert Wagner (Bethel, Ohio) finished tied for 42nd with an 81 (40-41, +10). Freshman Ethan Drooger (Holland, Mich.) finished with an 83 (45-38, +12), tied for 53rd.

The Tigers will be back on the course for the Augustana College (Ill.) Invitational on Friday and Saturday, April 12 and 13, at Pinnacle Country Club in Milan, Ill.
