GREENCASTLE, Ind. — After a dominant performance in their first showing of the spring season against Lindenwood-Belleville, the No. 13-ranked Tigers traveled to NCAA Division III opponent DePauw University (Ind.) for a Monday afternoon showdown. The DePauw Tigers (1-0) got the best of the ONU Tigers 7-2 as DePauw lost only one match in both singles and doubles.

The Tigers (2-1) lost all but one match in which senior (#9 ITA) Julian Kurz (Stuttgart, Germany) won (6-4, 6-3). Senior Camilo Giraldo (Medellin, Colombia) lost in three sets (4-6, 7-5, 10-5).

In doubles play, the number four ranked ITA team in the nation, Kurz and senior Diego Gonsalvez (San Luis Potosi, Mexico), won 8-6. Giraldo and sophomore Landon Williams (Erie, Penn.) lost in a close match 8-6.

The Tigers will be in action again on Saturday, February 23, as they host Michigan Tech for an 11:30 a.m. match.
