FLORA, Ill. – Kristina Hodges, a Flora High School senior, has become the latest addition to the inaugural Olivet Nazarene University junior varsity volleyball team. Hodges signed a letter of intent to continue her education and playing career as a Tiger.

Hodges, a 5-6 setter, helped with the steady improvement of the Flora High varsity team over her three-year career. She finished with a 33-55 record, including a trip to the regional championship game as a senior.

While at Flora, Hodges was also a three-year letter winner in softball and one year in basketball. While at Olivet, she plans to major in International Business or Education.

“I chose Olivet because of the volleyball team and the fact that it is a Christian school,” said Hodges. “I will be able to grow closer to God while attending college and playing volleyball.”
