Led by former NCAA Division I coach Scott Teeters, the Olivet Nazarene University swimming program will begin intercollegiate competition starting with the 2012-13 season.

Starting in 2013, the Tigers will compete in Olivet’s new Student Life and Recreation Center. This 168,000-square-foot facility features a 10-lane competition pool with a uniform depth of two meters, which is designed for fast performances.

Before coming to Olivet, Teeters served as the head women’s coach at Eastern Michigan University and Oakland University (Mich.). He also coached the Oakland Live Y’ers, an acclaimed swimming club that produced more than 30 national qualifiers.

For more information about joining Olivet’s swimming program, contact Coach Teeters at spteeters@olivet.edu.
